NARVALIO

Terms and conditions of sale

Translation provided for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.

1. Purpose

NARVALIO, published by PP2P TECHNOLOGIES, provides an encrypted document backup service. Files are encrypted in the user's browser (AES-256) before any upload; the publisher has no access to their content.

2. Price and payment

The service is offered at a price of €14.90, VAT included. The amount charged is always €14.90, VAT included, whatever the buyer's country; the publisher declares VAT in accordance with the applicable rules. This is a one-off payment, with no renewal and no subscription, granting access to the vault for 90 days. Payment is processed by Stripe; the publisher retains no banking data.

3. Right of withdrawal

As the digital service is supplied immediately, the user acknowledges, by ticking the box provided before payment, that they request immediate performance and expressly waive their 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28 du Code de la consommation — French Consumer Code). In the absence of such a waiver, a refund request may be sent to contact@narvalio.com within 14 days.

4. No password recovery

No e-mail address is requested and no recovery is possible: if the password is lost, the data is permanently lost. The user is solely responsible for safeguarding their identifier and password.

5. Duration and deletion

The vault and its content are automatically deleted 90 days after creation, followed by a 7-day grace period. This deletion is final and irreversible.

6. Service limits

Each file is limited to 5 MB, total storage to 100 MB, and the number of files to 30. The stored copies have no legal value and do not replace the original documents.

7. Liability and disputes

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. This contract is governed by droit français (French law). Failing an amicable settlement (contact@narvalio.com), the dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
