1. Service

NARVALIO allows encrypted copies of documents to be kept for 90 days. Encryption is performed in the browser; the key never leaves your device.

2. Password and data loss

Your password encrypts your files and cannot be recovered. If you forget it, access and data are permanently lost. Keep your identifier and your password in a safe place.

3. Virtual keyboard — limitations

The randomly arranged keyboard reduces the risk associated with conventional keyloggers, without eliminating it. It protects neither against screen captures, nor against mouse-position loggers, nor against malicious browser extensions. On a public computer, change your password from a trusted device as soon as possible.

4. Value of the copies

The stored copies have no legal or evidential value and do not replace your original documents.

5. Prohibited uses

It is prohibited to use the service to store or distribute unlawful content, or to attempt to compromise its security. The publisher may suspend access in the event of a breach.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. The publisher cannot be held liable for the loss of data resulting from a forgotten password or from expiry after 90 days.
